Recent Capital Projects

The Jonathan's Landing Board of Directors would like to thank all of the vendors and contractors who have contributed to the completion of our multi-year, three million dollar capital projects plan.

The summer of 2008 will mark the end of several projects that our community has initiated to address all of the major outstanding maintenance requirements of our property. This includes new roofs, siding, windows, pavement, lighting and walkways.

We are excited about the work that has been done and appreciate how so many of you were able to work around our requirement not to interfere with our owners and their enjoyment of what we consider to be the finest lakeside property on New Hampshire's Lake Winnipesaukee.

No other community on the lake includes such a large space, the number of amenities, a great location on the westerly side of Long Island and such great people. See you lakeside!
